These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and allbet ("allbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://allbet.lat.
By registering an account, accessing any part of the allbet platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game offered by allbet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the allbet platform and close your account.
These Terms apply alongside the allbet Privacy Policy and any game-specific, promotion-specific, or product-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of conflict, these Terms take precedence unless a specific rule expressly states otherwise.
🔞 Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the allbet platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced as a condition of allbet's international gaming authority licensing.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with allbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
allbet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible member may be voided and forfeited without further obligation on the part of allbet.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the allbet platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or identification documents — is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, allbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bets, and forfeit all balances without notice.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. allbet is not liable for payment failures, missed communications, or account security incidents arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Member.
allbet operates Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in compliance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to provide a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time, including before processing withdrawals. allbet reserves the right to suspend transactions pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your allbet login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified allbet of a security breach. You must notify allbet immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
allbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank internet banking, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). allbet does not apply currency conversion fees.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and weekly transaction limits, are published on the allbet Cashier page and may be updated from time to time. VIP tier members may be eligible for enhanced transaction limits as specified in the VIP Programme terms.
allbet processes withdrawal requests subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. Standard processing times vary by payment method. allbet does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges which are outside allbet's control.
Member funds held by allbet are maintained in segregated accounts separate from allbet's operational funds. This segregation is a requirement of allbet's international gaming authority licensing and provides an additional layer of protection for Member balances.
All bets placed on allbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games). Product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the allbet platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
allbet reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion. This includes, without limitation, bets placed on markets affected by erroneous odds, technical errors, or where allbet reasonably suspects irregular betting patterns.
In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or interruption that affects game or bet integrity, allbet reserves the right to declare the affected bets void and return stakes to the Member. allbet is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a malfunction. "If in doubt, pay out" does not apply where a payout arises from a demonstrable technical error.
Minimum and maximum stake limits for all products are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by allbet at any time without prior notice. allbet reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Member account.
allbet offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game contributions, and expiry periods.
Members are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the allbet platform:
allbet reserves the right to void bets, forfeit balances, and permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected, without notice and without liability to the Member.
All content on the allbet platform — including software, graphics, text, images, logos, game assets, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of allbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of allbet.
Your use of the allbet platform does not grant you any ownership or licence in respect of allbet's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, allbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the allbet platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
allbet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if allbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
allbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the allbet platform at your own risk.

Upon account closure, withdrawable balances (net of voided bonuses and forfeited funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal requirements. allbet reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where irregular activity is suspected.
You may close your allbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of allbet's licensing authority. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through allbet's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.
allbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email to the registered address or by a prominent notice on the allbet platform no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the allbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
